A wonderful, thorough video! Thank you for uploading it and explaining the steps. It seems like a simple thing but some of us aren't raised with parents who show us all the steps, or doing them the best way they can. I will check out your channel and see if you have other videos like this. :)

Madam, Thank you so much for uploading this educative video. These kind of simplistic solutions are quite a rarity. Over the years, I wasted gallons of water doing dishes under running tap water. Needless to say, no amount of guilt can ever help me bring it back. Looking forward for more such self-help videos from your end. Thank you. Regards, Amar (India)

As a professional chef who teaches the Sanitation Class for Servesafe at community college, I heartly appaud this young woman. This is the perfect tech procedure for camping, or boating or living with a kitchen that is as small as possible. I do have a few comments. Always consider you have carried the water up hill, running water is a privilege. Her pre-wash is brilliant. It prolongs the time you can use the wash water and feeds the dog and the compost. Second basin, immersion is not required, your objective is to get the soap residue off the items, best with a third hand pouring the water, a helper or you fauset on low flow. You shouldn't rinse the last plates in the now soapy rince water. This basin should be saved to be the next wash basin. Third sink should be empty with the now rinsed dishes stached neatly. Carefull pour hot water into the dishes, they need 30 seconds at 170 degrees to achieve 98% bactericide. Or pour fresh clear water with one capfull of bleach per gallon at 70 F over the rinsed dishes, they must be submerged for 30 seconds to achieve the 98% bacteria death. Desert notes. Save the first wash to wue in the hand sink until the water is fouled, Save the second basin to be the new wash, save the final rinse water to rinse the next batch, the remaining chlorine mostly will evaporate in 30-45 minutes.
