I can say not only did he inspire his kids to follow in his footsteps, he encouraged me, and many more of my generation to do the same. We can only hope to inspire others in the same way. Steve was a shining star in the world. When he passed, I had to sit down and just sobbed. The world lost one of the greatest heroes it had ever produced. To know That Terri and his kids would continue his mission was a huge balm in healing from his loss. In them, Steve is still here, fighting for the world to live. Fighting for every animal to not just survive, but to prosper. Steve knew that every life is precious, and gave his precious life to teaching us all that. RIP, my friend.
