I've watched this so many times that I know each number and when they play it. I think this was one of Steve's best sets yet. Gid rest his soul. May God bless his wife and family in a mighty way.

Every time I listen I hear yet another little rift added or something special only the Meisner sound brought to you. Verne drew the map, Steve added the world to it. They are together right now playing Polka 76!

is that don hunjadi on sax? rest in power to a legend of polka - one of the last connections to an era which passed away many years ago. thank goodness for this extremely high quality video and audio of this performance. it sounds so cliche but he looks far too young and healthy to think he would be gone only a couple years later. condolences to the meisner family, true polka royalty!
