I think what I love most about this duet is seeing Stevie, 15 years Sheryl's senior, and one of the primary people Sheryl looked up to and really idolized in her youth, singing with Sheryl. Sheryl has talked about it many times in public, how her love for Stevie's music was such a big part of HER wanting to be a rock star. You just have to love that so many years later....we're blessed to have them both. Wow. Just....wow.

Sorry to disagree with the haters of Sheryl but not only is she exceptionally talented but she also had the class to allow Stevie to own her own song and provide exceptional backing vocals as well. Both of these women are exceptional talents.

Maris Mayer I saw Fleetwood Mac at the US Festival. The best picture I took was of STEVIE on jumbotron. She was gorgeous. The band had more energy than any of the other 34. Police was the best though.

I'm a veteran Disc Jockey & Music Promoter with 35 years under the lights, and I agree with Maris...."No other voice like Stevie Nick's --She's One In A Million". I've played Fleetwood Mac hits, Stevie's solo stuff, and the duets with John Gold, Tom Petty etc. Being a Promoter has its perks. I've seen both Stevie & FM live a few times from stage side. There is only one other woman that I have personally heard pull off the raspy and growling vibrato almost to a T, and I'm not a big fan of some of the "tribute bands", but Rumors has the best faux Nick's out there...so far. They have some videos on here including "Gold Dust Woman". No one will ever be able to stand tall in Stevie's shoes vocally or persona wise....just like the trainload of Elvis tribute artists/Impersonators, and they of all people know that, but keeping the sound and music alive and as true as possible they are doing and some do it very well. --"DJ Johnny J" Morrison, Dallas, Tx. wow, but Stevie knows her song and sings it well, Sheryl blends in very beautifully though, much better than some others who have tried , but Stevie is queen bee for her songs, Sheryl admires her and you can see this. Who does not love Stevie Nicks for that matter? my thoughts opinions, freedom of speech USA * do not jab at her, i think she is incredible so are both ladies and the band is great.

Well, the truth is, people usually figure these things out long before they even hit the stage, who's doing what and when...it's planned, and worked out in rehearsals (then lastly a sound check) long before we in the general public ever get to see them onstage in what is presented as a surprise or impromptu performance. That said, of course, Sheryl blends in beautifully (given she has a stellar resume having done backing vocals before she became a solo artist). I'm not sure what people were expecting, but you're right in that this turned out great. Mama Nicks has served as a blueprint for some of our most multi-dimensional, prolific singer-songwriters in the pop-rock musical genre, Crow herself included.

And if you'd like the real info why don't you ask Nicks and Crow what they both feel about this performance and each other. You seem em doing a lot of songs together, why? Because they love working with one another and enjoy music - It was their friendship and talent that brought them together. If Crow or Nicks didn't have talent this wouldn't have ever happened.

stevie nicks is a legend that simple. no other female musician compares to her in quality except for the wilson sisters of the rock band HEART. but then again after stevie nicks went solo she was only a fraction as good as the legendary band in which she came from and also made her famous FLEETWOOD MAC.

Wails To Wales Welch witch of my ancestors home, Warm my hearth and greet me alone. Nick my heart with robber's groan; Name my book as a brother's tome. Outward you pray for me as prey. Is it you, that you would slay, Thinking I could take the stay, And flee the path of pain's ray? Through the night and the day, Anguish greets without delay, Breaking hearts and love away. Love by wrath wails to last day.
