No need for Stevie Richards to be a nice guy/act soft here. JBL deserved an even stiffer chair shot. The guy was the biggest bully back in the day taking liberties whenever he could etc. It was obvious that a lot of the guys were hesitant to stand up to him, maybe because JBL was tight with Vince.

He feels bad because he has a heart and a conscience, and he could have negatively affected someone’s quality of life permanently for all he knew. @iBmEVanquisher actually he didn't. Stevie was a nicer guy who wasn't out to try to harm anyone. He was trying to get revenge, but by doing so, helped to continue the bullying mentality of these guys. Do you think this chair shot changed jbl? Because if you do I have a bridge to sell you. To jbl it was just another day at the office, and enabled him to believe his worst reprocessing for his behavior is someone doing the same to him, which he clearly enjoys. The only way to get through to someone like jbl is arrest. Firing or suspension
