This was my first time doing this particular video. I saw it the other day when I was looking on KZitem and then I lost it. And then I thought go to her channel silly and I found it and it really helped I have a stiff neck and the shoulder stuff I feel so good. And the hardest one is the down pulsing shoulder for me not sure why what it is. It'll get easier though I'm sure thanks a lot see you

My arms are burning. #6 was the hardest. I think I will keep coming back to this video because my shoulders are becoming very stiff. I'd like to get my range of motion back. Thank you Jensuya.

Yes! Yes! Yes! #6 really can tire us out! For sure, stretch and do any DIY therapies like Epsom Salt baths, tennis ball or lacrosse ball rolling on the traps and lats. Oh my gosh, you make it seem so east and elegant while I look like an elephant, surely it was great fun, but shoulder trust, coordinating both arma keeping the pide at the same time are not east at all, thanks for the great videos

I hate exercise and have zero rhythm but I’ve now watched two of your basic videos and they are so much fun I didn’t even know I was getting a workout! After practicing your basic hip shakes from another video, I have recently noticed that I’ve naturally incorporated it into my random solo dance moves. Thank you for making it fun, easy to understand and easy to learn!

@Roxie Beall, that is just awesome! We have lots of playlists on the channel that focus on a theme-like beginner drills or technique videos, or music skills (!), so you have HOURS of belly dance fun. You are not alone in thinking you have "zero rhythm," and it is why Drummer Bob and I teach the way we do-we want you to have fun and not even realize that you're learning new skills and getting a workout.
