Words fail to describe the beauty of this song. A perfect mix of Jazz, Pop and Soft Rock. It's been more than 25 years I haven't hear it. Back in 1988 I used to play it in my walkman, a special cassette treasure while in Mexican college UNAM. This gems were barely played on radio stations, this sweet was shared with nobody, just to myself. Now, this LIVE version sounds better than studio album but look at the frigid audience of Japan! Where they ignorants of this beauty or simply they were like those rare beautiful women that feel nothing in bed despite having such a great man on bed, performing to his best (Sting and his group).

besides the incredible compositional skills and the great accompaniment, what really makes these songs work, is that Sting's voice is like another instrument....

that piano intro has a kickass groove that only Sting can think of...especially this song in itself has a top notch 'smoove' groove!!!

this ^ Yes , Sting post - Police had the money to hire the musicians he needed to get the sound he wanted but rest assured, Kirkland made that groove up 100% and Sting just said "yeah baby, good thing we white folk can still get black folk to do our dirty work because that groove is nasty dirty."
