2 tsp corn starch
1 tbsp (15 g) Shioxing wine
1 tbsp (15 g) soy sauce
Stir-fry sauce
1/4 cup (60 ml) water
2 tsp corn starch
2 tbsp (30 g) oyster sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
