Sometimes it's easy to stick to the same flowers that you are familiar with when making sugar flowers so I am always excited when a wedding brief pushes me to try something new. I've always loved stocks and so leapt at the opportunity to create them from sugar for an upcoming wedding cake. After doing my usual online pictorial research, I created a Pinterest board and set about developing my process and I'm so happy with the result! I also decided to film the whole process so you too can make your own stock sugar flower now too!
