You need to stop victimizing yourself.
Seriously - enough. Stop bashing, trashing and destroying yourself.
Yes, I am talking to you.
You have to stop.
Watch this video, and then watch it again because I walk you through the simple (not easy) steps to do it.
1️⃣ - STOP LABELING YOURSELF
STOP staying you’re a “bad person’, or “ a failure” or “unloveable” STOP.
When you label yourself over and over, you will start to believe it to be true.
2️⃣ - START labeling the BEHAVIOR instead…here’s an example:
➡️ Instead of “I’m a bad roommate,” say “I feel bad that I was passive aggressive to my roommate.”
➡️ Instead of “I’m a horrible person, say “I feel horrible that I picked a fight with my spouse last night.”
➡️ Instead of saying “I’m a piece of shit” say “I feel like shit when I drink too much”
So here’s your new rule - label behavior, NOT yourself.
