Thanks for the tips. I always go to protect tje wrap around but you are right about jugging where the player is. Great stuff as always!

Your initial point about the skater being close to the boards is what I usually use to determine a wrap around attempt. When I’m certain the wrap around isn’t happening, I follow the body language, sometimes it’s a good read on if they’re going fire a quick pass into the slot or keep.

really love your videos brother, have been watching for quite awhile and find them very helpful an inspiring. In your more recent ones like this I feel like it might be helpful to see the videos where you are performing the move correctly with the explanation, and not just highlighting one you did wrong. Was just a thought that for the way my brain works would be great! You're amazing brother appreciate this content.

I had one from behind this morning that I didn't even see. He went around my left so I looked for him to wrap around on my right and he wasn't there. I stuck one skate on the right post then one on the left looking to my left and it went through my legs shot from out front I never even knew the puck wasn't still behind the net.

It is tough when a player has the puck behind the net. I highly recommend you do not shift your head to the other side until you absolutely cannot see the puck anymore. This way if they stop to bring the puck back the other way, you will have seen it happen. It is tough, the first goal I let in in my first AAA game was very similar to the goal you let in.

The only time I played goalie for my sledge hockey team I was doing great in the 1st. Then it went downhill from there. I stopped a breakaway shot then dropped it in the net because I forgot to close the glove 😂

Oh that is the worst. When you make a save and then put it in your net yourself. Dang!

also yell out "slot! slot!" while opposing player is behind the net.

You could break down patience and not making the first move. You could also make a video on how to clean your equipment from what I hear oxyclean seems to be the most popular answer. I used dish soap one time and washed them like they were dirty dishes then left them out to dry it didn't really work well.

I like the idea of breaking down patience. Perhaps I will do that in an upcoming video! Thank you for the suggestions.

The players have been sneaky behind the net alot lately. I found the cherry pickers at the blue line now hide behind my net waiting for garbage. Perhaps the response to the RVH.
