This is the first time i realised the difference between having fun and being so frivolous that your focus is working against you. I tried to be more frivalous earlier as thats what i thought abraham meant by being happy... Like be easy going, be bubbly, be like a child etc., but now i am learning the minute details of it. I learnt it is important to be very deliberate and accurate in your thoughts and focus

I love how the focus is to let life unfold the way it’s meant to. And when we just look at each moment in the present and feel good about it, that’s what brings us a freedom and a feeling of peace.

I am finding the more i start to align with my intentions there seems to be more thoughts of misalignment come up, past programs that do not serve me anymore, i guess this takes practice along the way, finding new words to align with my desires, i believe i will get better at it till it becomes just natural to me, much love everybody and have your best life ever, see you soon ❤😉

Thank you so much for your response and helping me out, your a gem 💎

This is what Wallace D. Wattles says in his book „The science of getting rich“ & I share it because I think it’s interesting & helpful in this context: „To think what you want to think is to think TRUTH, regardless of appearances.-…to think truth regardless of appearances is laborious, and requires the expenditure of more power than any other work man is called upon to perform.“ ✨

Wow. The first two minutes of this video just blew my mind, in the best way. I have been taking so long to reach most of my goals because I have been "wobbly", from now onwards I'm choosing the feeling that I want to feel, I am not in-between two feelings anymore. Thank you Abraham.

I love the way, Dr. Joe Dispenza makes you take responsibility and keep your focused energy exactly where you need to keep it. He doesn’t try to get a laugh at peoples expense. I don’t like that. It doesn’t seem kind. There’s lots of ways to get people to focus properly.

Someone did something similar when I volunteered at a workshop with another person and context. I remember the embarrassment and for whatever reason I came out with my head held high. It must have been my higher self feeling like the "Man in the arena" that Brené Brown talks about.
