@@ewelinakrokosYou very much are. Look, I'm someone who strives to only really eat whole foods because I have a weak immune system and need every opportunity to strengthen it. The statement of "Throw that shit out and learn how to make real food" is absolutely judgemental for no good reason. You could have just as easily shared the recipe without insulting a different food. And not for nothing, but if you really feel the need to weigh the few tablespoons of cheese you're eating, I don't believe you have a healthy relationship with what you're eating.

Its great you're finding foods to make in the morning for breakfast, but don't judge other's for their food preferences either. I'm not big on cereal anymore either but still accepting of other people who do. Also, you don't always have to use the "healthiest option". By having a healthy relationship with food, you will inevitably be healthier mentally. Sure its good to have a good slice of wheat bread, but its also good to increase the mass and fibers of meal without restricting different kinds of food. Good luck on your nutritional goals but hurting your body isn't worth it, just make a sustainable diet rather than one filled with restrictions.

I’m not judging this is what keeps me feeling full and good. Cereal is too sugary, high calorie, and some have bad ingredients! I do eat it sometimes but it is not a good breakfast food :)

@@dominickbradford5665 I’m not shaming anyone! This video is about eating healthy foods. They will keep you fuller longer and are more healthy period. Everyone knows cereal has fake sugars in it. Unfortunately healthy food is not accessible to everyone and that is true, but the people who do have the option to eat healthy and don’t need to be educated. :)

Still eating store bought milk, coffee, eggs and cheese not everyone is able to make their food from scratch every day or at all stop judging you eat what you eat and other people can eat what they eat without being judged. @@ewelinakrokos
