Watched like 5 videos of these guys trying to diagnose and self-treat numbness in little finger on one arm. At this point I can easily imagine them hitting a blunt before shooting a vid. "Hands; most people have available to them". Neatly puts a picture in your head of people that don't. Very smooth black humour. Respect

I periodically get pain in my left trap and neck area as far back as my teenage years and I'm now in my 40s. Carrying a purse sometimes bring it on despite my purse not being heavy. I'll definitely try these techniques. Thanks so much!

Some shoulder/neck pain is due to weak rhomboids/mid/lower trapezoid muscles. Look up '' seal row '', you do not need the full range of motion in a proper seal row, but just the concentric part/the upper squeze part. So a normal bench height can be enough and use dumbells, don't flare out your elbows too much, nor have them too close to your sides when rowing and try to raise your elbows as high as possible with the rest of your body flat on the bench/platform you lay on. Hope it helps.

My posture has been a significant problem since graduate school and constant computer analysis and programming. I’ve had PT for headaches that helped and continue to do so as long as I’m faithful to the exercise regimen. Still, when I do the scapula squeeze it feel like the bone is rolling across ship’s hawsers, especially on my right side (I’m left handed.I use a Muscle Hook (like your Thera-Cane?) and no matter how gently I think I’m massaging the muscle knots hurt like … well. After using a tennis ball in a sock the muscle still hurts but not as badly, however, after doing the exercise against a wall I feel a tingling sensation in the area massaged. Could this be the fascia expanding or contracting after moving it around the muscle as Dr. Schleip suggested in his interview with Bob or is it something I should worry about?
