From what I remember, He was a Dwarf brewer, the BEST Dwarf brewer, until some Night Goblins came and destroyed the hold he was residing in, tons of EXCELLENT Dwarf beer was lost that day, alongside Dwarf lives and the hold. Bugman survived, and still tries to start from scratch… but no news of him have been heard so he’s presumed dead and the brand has only very limited stock left.
@bantamsertorius
Жыл бұрын
His father was a Master brewer by the name of Zamnil, he founded the brewery near the village of Wusterburg, near the eastern border of the Empire. To facilitate relationship and trade with the neighboring "umgi" he took the name Samuel Bugman, and called his son Josef... Josef Bugman. Probably the latter had a Dwarfish name, but it's not known. After the lost of the brewery he went on and joined the Rangers for revenge. His fate is unknown. Probably dead because of the End Times, but fuck the End Times, 'cause it sucks.

Something about the Dawi makes them incredibly "Resistent to Magic and Chaos influence". It's often just called "Dwarf Stubbornness". However, this becomes a double edged sword when talking about the Dwarves that live in the Chaos Wastes. The question, "How did Chaos Dwarves become a thing" is basically, the Dwarves that moved there REALLY SHOULD NOT HAVE DONE THAT. The terrain sucks and the locals are assholes and food won't grow. But, they're "Stubbern". They kept pleading with their Dwarf Gods to deliver them from the abject hell of their lives living there and nothing was helping, day after day, century after century, some Chaos Demon I forget the name of, shape of a Minotaur or Brass Bull if I'm not mistaken, was influencing them, taking their essence. Since they're "Stubborn" it was an achingly slow process. By the time the Chaos Dwarfs realized how corrupted the got, it has steeped top far in. It's very hard to corrupt a Dwarf, but a Dwarf that gets corrupted becomes very...very...very corrupted. Then they made black orcs for slave labor which backfired and now they slowly turn to stone should they use magic or runes and shit. Like literal slowly turn to stone in an agonizingly painful way.
