I was also wondering if you could please do a video on Cervical Kyphosis and how to restore the curve. I suppose I have very week deep cervical muscles as well as exterior muscles. Also, I'm sure this is all linked together but the neck muscles that wrap in font and behind the ear are causing me "TMJ" discomfort. I can eat and talk etc. without pain but rather I feel a constant dull ache and uncomfortable pulling sensation. My mouth does not track symmetrically. It swings from the side that is in discomfort towards the side that feels normal when my mouth is open wide. Perhaps that is a separate video suggestion. I'm falling apart Dr. Burnette. Look forward to hearing from you. Take Care, Kate

Question: if someone has "Instability" say of Alar, Facet, Nuchal... Wouldn't this be the reason the muscles are already overworked? Thus more exercise would just continue the muscle degradation?
