I love how you articulate your thought process and how secure you are with what it means to exist as yourself. I write down and value your quotes right next to famous philosophers' quotes, I think you have a great thing going, you've made a difference in the world

I have to turn up the speakers a lot to hear you clearly and thats a shame! Cuz man, i could listen to you all day. helps me accept my own self-doubt a little better. being able to talk about this stuff takes courage, so keep it up! i feel like i dont even allow myself to have my own journey because im so afraid to be judged and at the same time i feel like im not worth enough to be different.

I really like this topic. For me, self doubt can be paralyzing. It also plays a part in my major trust issues. I always feel that I should abort the mission before the person has a chance to hurt me! One thing I have found is that that stopping self doubt, is easier said than done. I have started working on this issue a lot with my therapist. It’s a pretty deep subject!

Hey bro don’t put this down on yourself, you got 1k subs that’s enough to fill up a couple gyms. Mane no matter what there will be someone right there above you so def don’t stress. I know this page will blow even more than it has, in my eyes that 1,000 souls your word touched enough for them to not only click on your vid, but to also subscribe because they enjoy YOUR message. The reasons why these people got 500,000 or 1,000,000 is typically(not all) those you tubers will use psychological tricks to make you sub or engage. You never ask for engagement so what you do have is genuine. Sorry for the essay but I subbed a year and some change ago and been rockin since.

Your message is meant for people who have been through similar experiences and those who seek out good advice to deal with those experiences. Your message is for people who need to hear their similar thoughts being projected back to them. Our message as a whole can be whatever we need it to be, words are plentiful but our knowledge and skill is the limit. The influence we want our message to have over people, will always be subjected to the need of the people in that circumstance. A person might not be receptive to some advice while going through a recent tragedy be it self inflicted or not. But maybe after some time passes, that person might have had time to think and maybe become more open to receiving our message and it in turn will have a better effect on them. It does not necessarily need to be sought out, but it does need to be accepted. And creating those spaces for acceptance is not easy, circumstances and approaches to these conversations play a heavy role in the final outcome. Individuals we are complicated, we're emotional, we go through phases and we have doubts. But always being self conscious and aware of our actions, and the motivations behind said actions. Can help us better understand ourselves, why we do certain things or why we behave a certain way. This can also help to bury some of that self doubt we have, before we act, we think, when we think we as selfish individuals want the best outcome. But our motivations and what that outcome is, is dependent on what we want as individuals. I personally am motivated to always help people in the best way I can, BUT I am mindful of my limits. So I do avoid trying to directly help if I know I won't be able to or if I know it's gonna be cumbersome for me to deal with personally. Some people say this is selfish and other's say it is correct. I think it's better than doing nothing. Also looking into the past not to question and want to change things now, but to learn or ask yourself "why?" and learn from the circumstances you were in. Learn from that past experience with a different intent and perspective. Maybe after these episodes of self reflection and analysis, we come out with a better understanding of our surroundings and why we are the way we are. These help us ground ourselves with our reality, even if our realities are fucked up. But it's fucking real, life is not pink and sweet. But a very ambiguous gradient of gray shades and tones. We are where we are because we lived through all of these things. These define my history and my past character, but there can still be change and there is always room to grow. It just depends on us as people and the environment we are in.
