When I’m bulking I won’t daily track calories/macros but I will have a plan that I follow which differs from my cutting plan (what’s in this vid) which has higher protein/ calories. And yes this meal plan I’m showing you here is actually a bit low in protein. The reason? I’ve got a reserve of muscle mass that I’ve built over the years. I do this. Works like a charm. But I did track calories for 2 months. Now I know how many calories are in the foods that I enjoy. Eat clean. Processed foods make things complicated. Thanks, Tanner!😊

You're right Tanner. As much as it can get a little boring, eating the same things everyday will help. I have actually lost weight in the past 2 weeks without counting because of this method. Fitness is just 1-2 hours a day, but what you eat is way more important. I just do a small breakfast, LARGE lunch and small dinner. Sometimes 2-3 cookies with a glass of organic milk for dessert lol.

A good compromise could be reached by extending his idea, and building yourself a menu of different lunches/dinners that you've already calculated all the macros and calories on. If you limit yourself to the meals you've already "learned" then you can eliminate the slog of building them in MyFitnessPal every day. Also I learned from this video that dang, I eat way to much.

I will forever see them as donkey nutz 😩 I'm gonna try your meal! This month I'm drinking 2 protein shakes, overnight oats or eggs with avocado, 1 sourdough toast. My dinner is broccoli/green beans with ground beef or fake chicken patties

Your plan makes things much easier and frees up so much time. I agree if its something you enjoy by all means and you're hitting all your essential needs! Myself I'd break down the math first roughly and I'd probably do a couple different options for dinner per say but the principle applies. And you can't argue with your results!

Donkey nuts. M-F, weekends I stick to same meals, which is stuff I love; oatmeal, banana, greek yogurt, strawberries, green burgers (meat wrapped with lettuce). Protein pancakes on weekends, cheat meal Saturday and Sunday afternoon.
