Really thank you for this video with explaining precisely how to observe thoughts and let them go, I have for the last 7 months pushed positive thoughts over the negative ones to rewire my brain, because I thought that was the way(even though I also sat time aside feeling), I always felt stressed and burned out, and extra anxiety came up, so it has felt uphill, and even though I have gotten progress by this, I still feel like it's not worth it, to do it this way😅

These are some of the best points for sure! Right now I'm not trying to manifest anything, just remind myself that I need to keep my mind strong. So these points were great for that.

I always wondered.. please tell me .. if I am already in a relationship with my SP.. can you give me examples of what would I do on a daily basis? I wouldn't be affirming or visualizing or doing any technique in this case.. shall I stop then? Also I would be talking to my SP all the time but I can't do that in reality.. what should I do to live as if I am in a relationship with him then??

This is delayed, but something that really helped me was using “inner conversations” with SP as if he were right with me or I were texting him. It actually made it SO normal when my SP returned to pick up our relationship that much faster! The flirting was even better than before 😂
