Martin, I just found your channel and it has been a Godsend. I have suffered from anxiety for so long, but just started having the lump in the throat sensation and some larynx spasms about six months ago. I’m a year out from breast cancer surgery. I’ve watched several of your videos now and am committing to mind the logical, practical solutions that I lose hold of when panic strikes. Thank you so very, very much for sharing your knowledge. I hope you know what a difference it is already making in my quality of life!

It's the physical symptoms that is ruining my life Bern about a year now a couple of hours a day but now I wake up to horrible feelings in my body don't feel I can breath and feel like I'm gonna have a panick attack, it's got out of control now my body automatically does ot where before I could just go for a walk or take my mind off what I was feeling, I have a few hours in the day where I feel OK then the feelings come over me and I can't stop them and sends me into a panic then it gets worse and worse then will die down but it's giving me very very bad anxiety and just feel unwell every day and totally wears me out 😢

I'm feeling this way too. Every single day for a month now. The easiest time for me is at night. I'm so scared to take meds so that doesn't help. Watching all the videos I can find, in hopes someone has the magic cure😢😢

Yes my best time is evenings not sure why but symptoms start to die down then, I won't take medication either too many side effects , hope you feel better soon .

Thanks Martin. I am planning of putting the Stopp cards posted around the house since I am a stay at home mom. Hopefully, it will get me in the habit of using this tool, which is probably the hardest thing about this method. Thanks for providing a link to these cards.

I have seen alot videos on anxiety, it just doesn't seem to stop... Idk why the hell I feel this way 😤😤😤😤😤The only terrible symptom i have is high heart rate... 😤😤😤

Hello Doctor.. When facing people or standing on stage, I feel anxious, trembling, increased heart rate, and excessive sweating.. When I use Propanol, the tremors disappear and I feel much better, but I suffer from asthma, and Propanol has negatively affected my lung health.. Is there an alternative treatment for beta blockers?

Running away from anxiety is not solution. If you ran away today it will again come tomorrow. You will be frustrated when doing all over again. Simple solution is taking pills and changeing thinking pattern over time.
