dude the lighting with just Kaladins sphere pouch makes the Chasmfiend look fucking terrifying! Imagine wandering on a claustrophobic place like that and seeing that silhouette in front of you That scene was scarier than I gave it credit for

Really liked this, amazing work of art, 🤩 think the packing peanuts are water soluble, so this maybe why they shrink n dissolved under the plaster... looks so realistic love it.😁

@@NorthoftheBorder Same here. I found it when I was waiting for Oathbringer to come out. It has turned into one of my favorite trilogies. I grew up reading Robert Jordan and then fell in love with Sanderson. It's been very hard to find writers who are on their level of world building and writing skills. James Islington was a pleasant surprise.

So helpful to see the steps you took. Trying to figure out sizing. Have a bunch of materials to research now. I wonder if the packing peanuts were the biodegradable kind and maybe the water in the plaster was starting to melt them, thus why they were getting soft.

Possibly, though they were mighty soft to begin with, and using hot glue to stick 'em together only exacerbated the softness.
