Stovetop Tortilla Pizza
This stove top low carb tortilla pizza is so full of flavor and easy to make! Pick your favorite toppings for your taste! Try using the low carb tortillas, you save calories without giving up any pizza yumminess! Best part of this recipe, you can make it in 10 minutes!

Ingredients
(ingredients for 2 tortilla pizzas)
2 flour tortillas
3 T coconut oil
4-6 T pizza sauce
1 cup diced mushrooms
½ cup diced pepperoncinis
12-15 sliced pepperoni
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions
Sautee the chopped mushrooms in oil until soft and add the pepperoncinis.
Heat 10” skillet to medium/high and add 2T of coconut oil (olive oil or avocado oil can be substituted).
When hot, add tortilla to oil and let cook for 3-4 minutes and flip over. (the tortilla should look slightly toasted).
Spread the pizza sauce on the toasted side of tortilla, add sautéed mushrooms, pepperoncinis & pepperoni slices).
Cover with shredded mozzarella cheese and turn heat to medium.
Cover pan with fitted lid for 4-5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
Remove tortilla from heat and allow to cool five minutes.
Cut the tortilla pizza into slices & serve. Enjoy!
Repeat process adding new oil to pan with each tortilla.
Pizza sauce recipe (this is super easy or use your favorite jar of pizza sauce)
Mix the following ingredients.
1 - 6oz can of tomato paste & 1 - 6oz can of water
1 tsp each garlic powder, oregano & basil
½ tsp each salt & pepper
Cover remaining sauce in an airtight container up to 10 days in refrigerator.
