Here’s an interesting way to use sous vide chicken breast. It may look strange, but this Bang Bang Chicken recipe will take your taste buds on a wild ride! It’s sweet, sour, spicy, nutty, numbing, savory… basically every flavor in the books. We used sous vide chicken breast (145F/2h) because it is healthier and sous viding will make it silky, moist, and tender.

Ingredients:
Sous vide:
2 pieces Chicken Breast
1 Scallion
1 slice of Ginger
Salt to taste
Sauce:
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Chinkiang Vinegar
1 tbsp White Sugar
3 tbsp Chinese Sesame Paste
1 tbsp Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Chili Oil (adjust according to what you have)
1 tsp Ground Sichuan Peppercorn
6 Scallions, julienned
Half Cucumber julienned
