Hi Fernando, Maybe the feature is too small for the tool-path to print so instead it deletes the feature. It’s been a long time since I’ve worked on these printers, but are you able to step through the slices on the catalyst software? Maybe you can step to the spot where the feature is and see if it’s even attempting to fill that geometry. Feel free to give GoEngineer tech support a call! I no longer work there, but they’re extremely helpful!

My support material is coming out all fuzzy. And sometimes it quits feeding and spaghettis the support material inside the head.

Hello, sorry for the late reply here. If your support material is coming out kind of bubbly, you may have moisture within the support material. You’ll need to recycle that support material and use a new cartridge.

@@matthewshelton1403 well, I don't have access to the machine now since we're working from home. The thing kept breaking and I have opened several new rolls of suppprt or abs material since then and it still kept failing to extrude properly. Sometimes it would print ok and then it would fail again. And will require me to disassemble the head to get the speghetti out. The material is so expensive to replace if they all have moisture in it. We are in socal so it's typically pretty dry, especially inside an air-conditioned office. I have an ender 3 at home and it sits most of the time and the material typically stays usable for a long time. And at 10 bucks a roll it's way cheaper than any of the Stratasys materials that this company sells.
