That "Abu Dhabi Grill" place looks amazing. That'd sell for $20-$30 in the US as a food truck. Hell, even those fries look much better than the fries I've had at food trucks in the US. That lady knows what's she doing.

Loving the Mauritius series. Hv been to this country two times and loved the place, people, food and the culture especially since I share some aspects of their food and culture. Centuries back, people from Eastern UP and Bihar were uprooted fm their homes and were sent across the Oceans to work in the sugarcane fields of Mauritius. Thousands of miles away from their hone, these hard working people adopted this place as their own and have brought their own culture and food to add to this country's rich heritage. These indentured labourers are called " Girmitiyas" and there is a gallery dedicared to them in the famous Bihar Museum in Patna, my home town. Hopefully you can visit thus part of India too to try the delicious Dal Puri, which is slightly thicker version of Dholl Puri.

Another great video Mark! But i'm confused, isn't 'Tikka' basically pieces of meat or veggies or paneer that are marinated and then COOKED IN A TANDOOR? The first one was a fried dish so I don't think it qualifies to be called Tikka. Or is tikka just the process of marination and not the cooking in tandoor?
