Dahi Baray Chaat Recipe Ingredients :
For Baray:
Soaked white lentil 1 cup
Baking soda ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Carom seed ½ tsp
Oil for fry
Onion (finely sliced) 1 large
Yogurt 1 kg
Dahi bara masala 4 tbsp
Chickpeas(boiled) 2 cups
Green Chutney:
Coriander ½ bunch
Mint ½ bunch
Green chillies 10 to 12
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Tamarind Sauce:
Tamarind paste 1 cup
Sugar 3 tbsp
Coriander 2 tbsp
Cumin 2 tbsp
Method :
Blend all ingredients of baray with 1 cup of water then mix five paste well. Deep fry for 5 minute and keep aside.
For Green chutney blend all the ingredients with a blender and keep aside.
For chutney blend all the ingredients with a blender and keep aside.
Soaked baray for 5 minutes and squeeze with hand then keep in a platter. Pour whipped yogurt, then add chickpeas, onion, and chutney. Sprinkle chaat masala and serve,
