My shoes aren't your shoes. You need to know what kind of needs your foot has. Are you flat footed, neutral or high arched? Do you pronate or supinate? What activities do you do? Then go to a good shoe store and get fitted. Every brand carries all models.. so you can go wrong just guessing at a brand.

IT's a much deeper degree of flexion and so you're going to engage muscle tissue more. If you can do so without aggravating joints, I highly recommend it. We do them in daily activities of living!

Just starting these exercises and had a question. Start with more reps 15-20 x2-3 sets and gradually decrease the number of reps per set? I am surprised you would decrease so want to make sure I am understanding correctly. Excited to start your routines. Thank you!!

That’s right. Decreasing reps (and still reaching fatigue) means you choose heavier weights. That’s how you get stronger and tighter!

My balance is shot because of a spinal cord injury so I'm going to buy a "Row-N-Ride" squat machine. That way I can do squats without worrying that I'm going to fall down.
