These are super good exercises by an excellent trainer. Also very good as training units for self-defence. Please keep up the good work...

I’m not sure the weights are heavy enough, seems a little too sport specific. I get it’s supposed to be boxing specific, but strength training should be about moving the heaviest weights as fast as possible. The holds and rotation work seems kinda like a waste of time. I get skeptical when is strays too far from the fundamentals.

I transitioned from football to boxing and it took me a long time to figure out that most weight training is completely useless, less weight the better ofc based on their weight.

I dont get it i jump over 70cm and throw the 5kg medball only 6-7 meters whats up bro?? backthrow 8 meter side throw 7m. that from testing battery from speed & power programe, doesnt know what it actually means ? is my core weak? or shoulder rotation? or hip?
