Just wanted to say how much I enjoy your videos. I am just 2 weeks short of turning 71 years young. I had blood clots in Nov of 2022 and have yet to get back in any kind of shape. I knew I would be going out to do walking errands in my neighborhood this morning, so I turned to this video (which I'd saved for just such an occasion) and did the first two parts before going out and then did the stretches when I got back. In between, I walked over 3,000 steps while I was out. Stretches always feel good, but it was harder than I'd expected to hold each one for 30 seconds -- partially in terms of balance, but also just feeling that continued stretch. I did it, though -- checking another "new to me" workout off my list! 🙂✅ (April 9, 2024)

The Bionic Woman and The Six Million Dollar Man are my favorites! Steve Austin fighting against Andre the Giant as Bigfoot is classic Tv! This is a very nice workout to keep us limber. If we don’t exercise then we might have to get some doctor installed, non-bionic knees, which is not ideal. Thank you so much for this KZitem channel! Since you placed this new video in the stretching category, I started off the active portion of my day by doing it. Even on days I don't plan on walking, this routine is not only great for pre and post a walk but just to stretch the lower part of the body as well. I was active my whole life until around age 60. Kept weight off mainly through activity and being careful about what I ate. And I always stretched before and after exercise. Then misfortunes cropped up, one after another. I'm 74 now and am 80 lbs overweight with chronic pain. Never did I see this coming and mentally it's been quite a challenge. I've subscribed to your channel and watched several videos. You are so gentle and practical. Just what I needed to #1) accept my new normal; #2) begin doing the exercises you and your mom demonstrate. This one especially motivated me as it made me realize I can begin by strengthening my unused muscles. I had been worried about any more setbacks, apparently. This addressed those concerns and reminded me to stretch as well. Thank you.

What an excellent program. I’ll let you know,but I think I’m actually going to get up off my couch and go do this program. Thank you. ... well, I did it. I was a little out of breath doing it, but I slowed down a bit. Feels great. Thank you again. I need this every day. I'll be 80 in August, and I need to keep walking.

Hi April thank you so much for yr workout tutorials. I have chronic migraine so I like doing these with you. I don’t feel alone as you say ‘everybody’ or ‘good work’ and I’m glad you say ‘breathe’ i forget. I can’t join classes it’s too loud and my mobility has suffered by being at home. I’ve fallen lots and needed to do strength and balance. I’m a total fan and so many tutorials on utube but I like your way and style of teaching. It means even with my balance issues, maybe from being 7 month baby, I’m happy you have versions for beginners. Greetings from Northern UK ❤ 0:48

Greetings from France 🥰 Congratulations 👏 Your paws stole the show🤣. Mom and Daughter you are absolutely gorgeous and beautiful ❤️😍. So well synchronized and in harmony. A stress-free video a pleasure to watch. I had a spine surgery in September 2014 after an agression and today 2023 I am suffering from a painful arthritis. Your video is gonna help me THANKS TO MOM she motivated me to GO FORWARD and NEVER GIVE UP. I am 71 and it's time I looked after my health before it deteriorates and regrettable. I have to be strong for my 6 cats and my faithful Newfoundland. So exercise begins after this message but only a few now, I know I will not do 1/4 of them without pain and space them to work out little by little during day. Thanks for sharing caring and making me SMILE 😊. A big hug from my Gentle Giant and me ❤❤❤
