Memo: when u break ur fast its important to start with the trifactor of protein, fibre, fat. Your second meal reacts to this

JJ, is this the recipe for the breakfast shake? 2 scoops JJ Virgin All-In-One Protein Shake mix, any flavor 1/2 cup frozen berries 1/2 small avocado, peeled and pitted 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed or chia seeds 10 oz unsweetened coconut Blend and enjoy. (If you're using Paleo-Inspired protein, ramp up the blender speed slowly so it stays creamy.) Your shake can be thickened by adding ice cubes or thinned by adding cold water. PS...great video! 😉

Memo: get a wide range of fibre sources, first from food. Legumes, apples. Note: I dont like the suggestion of nuts and seeds and apples because nuts are hight fat high calorie trigger foods for most people and apples are high sugar trigger foods for most people. I eat 3-4 apples at once because its a trigger food for me
