Her final words almost got me crying. It’s been a year since I’m suffering constant acne breakouts, I’ve tried all topical products and been to different dermatologists, but acne still keeps coming. I’ve got scars plus new acne and that got me so stressed which I believe also contributed to it worsening. I went to an OB and said I have PCOS which I already assumed because apart from acne, I also do have hirsutism. Told me to try bc pills which I haven’t done yet since I decided to look into supplements first. I also adjusted my diet, smaller portion of what I eat before and cancelling snacks to the best I can, and having more water than before also. I really hope I find healing. It might just be placebo but I feel good and lighter by controlling my rice intake, proving it’s possible feels kinda rewarding. But I honestly do feel hungry in between meals :’

Mila, Thank you so much for being so honest about PCOS. I am 32 years old, and I found out about PCOS when I was 24 years old. It took me so many years to find my balance and I wish I had people like you guiding me and talking about PCOS without the taboo and the shame. To all the women with PCOS be consistent there is hope. I was able to balance my hormones without traditional medicine. I am even expecting my first child this July. I wish I could tell the doctor who saw me almost 10 years ago and told me I will probably never be a mom due to my poliquistic ovaries and tell him that he was wrong! 😂 Anyway sending all my good vibes to all those women out there that are currently trying to find that desirable balance ❤❤❤

Hi Mila can you make a video on hypothyroidism specially on how to manage it and and keep your TSH balanced. Most doctors will say your TSH is high but T4 is normal so no need to worry but I have all the symptoms and my mom has hypothyroidism. The excessive weight gain and brain fog and always being cold and tried are my main concerns. I am 19 and have been dealing with for awhile your videos have helped me understand so THANK YOU! I think my biggest problem throughout my healing journey is patience. I have severe water retenion in my face and I just keep looking at the mirror everyday and constantly taking before and after photos to see if there's any improvement. It's been less than a month since I started implementing some of these tips, but I still want to see changes right away lol

Here is the confusion, I noticed whenever I stare and consciously feel my surroundings, my smart watch detects a high level of stress at that time. And then when I do a busy work, it’s lower than that. It’s always 90 > 60, respectively. I’m getting suspicious that my internal work went 180. What should I do?

I have an important question: What do you think about dairy products? Some people recommend switching to sheep an goat products because of the casein A1 in cow milk. But some don't recommend any dairy products at all because of the natural growth factors and the insulin spike in low fat products like milk. (For example the channel PCOS Weight Loss) What is your experience about this topic. I hope you still read the comment section😊 And I have heard about cbd oil for stress regulation (and for anxiety it helps too). I am using one at the moment but you should allow it several months to judge its function.

Hello, I have an imbalanced thyroid diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Although many factors can cause autoimmune disorders, can a toxic family environment also cause higher levels of the cortisol hormone? My mom engages in daily verbal fights with me and verbally abuses me. She used to physically abuse me most of the time when I was young. She still sometimes hits me, but it has decreased as I've grown up. So, could that be the reason for higher cortisol hormone levels, a toxic environment?
