Let’s continue our discussion on stress management as part of stress awareness month. When you find yourself thinking: How can I reduce stress? There are things to do to relieve stress and I am sharing a few of them in this video.
The idea is to create your own activities to reduce stress, I am just sharing ideas here.
We all have our own likes and dislikes, and finding things to reduce stress is top priority for each individual.
My stress relieving activities could look different from the things to relieve stress that others do. What’s important is to reflect on your own experiences.
