As we close Stress Awareness Month, this stress relief meditation will help you set a foundation for releasing those heavy emotions of our day to day life.
Unlike my other stress reducing meditation, this stress relief meditation includes the repetition of a mantra: Aham Brahmasmi, which means I am the universe.
This meditation can also be implemented as a guided meditation for anxiety.
With our current unprecedented times, having tools like meditation for anxiety, mindfulness meditation for anxiety, and guided meditation for stress and anxiety can really help you enter that state of inner peace.
