Thank you for the video! I choose 3 tips from it. The 1st one is meditation as it helps me to relax and clear my head. The 2nd tip is about nature because it makes me calmer and puts me in a good mood. The last tip is to get social. I feel happy when I'm with my friends. And a tip from me is if you have a hobby practice it, it may help you.

Getting enough sleep is probably the hardest part of this for most people. Our society encourages you to work all day and have a family and then work on a side hustle after the kids go to bed. The "You can sleep when you're dead" mentality is highly toxic.

@@blazebeams750 You cannot achieve anything in life without determination and will power. Make it a life time habit to do the simple breath observing practice anywhere-anytime. I have been doing it for years and today I am enjoying life. It is so easy and does not affect your normal activities. I am giving you one more tip. Just say to yourself in the mind "Now I am waiting for my next thought--waiting, waiting, waiting, waiting for my next thought, waiting, waiting ----" You will be surprised that the next thought will not come. Do the above practice for 1 or 2 minutes and then increase the time. Best wishes.

im here for my mom. she is very stressed from my brother, he hasn't been too good lately. im only 9 but im okay at cooking so im looking for something to make, i am staying away the whole night until i find something. but the problem is, she has a nice job at work she enjoys but when she comes home she wants to relax but that never happens due to my siblings being lazy and she has to do all the work. :c

Thanks. Nice video. Stress affects breathing. One may breath fast but may not notice it due to stress. It's important to breath deep and slow. Otherwise it will lead to other physical issues. One has to be conscious about breathing if going through stress. Regular breathing exercises is important.

Bruh... I broke my ankle and I have insomnia and anxiety. I get stressed over being around around strangers and my parents don't let me hangout with people...let alone go out. Rn my major stresses is that school is going to start a week earlier then before and my school times will be different. I am also in band and now I won't be able to participate in marching...and I need to read two books before school starts for a summer assignment. In band I probably won't get a spot in the show. I also can't walk right. I gained weight after I had lost so much. I hate everything...but myself even more.

For a relaxed life sit on a chair, back erect, eyes closed, be still and observe the sensations of your incoming--outgoing breath at the entrance of the nostrils for around 5-10-15 minutes or more. Don’t fight with your thoughts. Slowly they will reduce and relax the mind. Deep inhalation-exhalation is not needed. Day or night before sleep sit or lie down and observe your breath. Don't worry. Take care. Stress affects breathing. You may breath fast . But may not notice it due to stress Just check and be careful regarding breathing. It's important to have normal breathing. Otherwise it invite other physical issues. Don't worry. Just be careful. Take care.
