The stretch on the the wall feels great for my left side, but i can't feel the stretch on my right side, get a cramp inside the hip crease. I know that my right leg is the bad leg so I have to find a way to stretch it somehow.

Imassage poeples and stetche them. Most stiff poeples wouldt be able to start with any of that..And i would sugest a pillow or double yoga matt under the knee...

I struggled with pain around my right knee cap for more than 6 months. After everything run or walk I felt discomfort. After trying these stretches for a week and I don’t have any discomfort. Thanks for the video
