📡 Strike Battleship Argent Chapter Playlist: kzitem.info/door/PLq7IJOSpdoIZ92HqK74kFDTWY6ZyepHvN 📚 Getabook Title of the Day: shane.lochlann.black This story holds a special place in my collection of works. I wrote the book in 2015. It was my second full-length novel. It also remains my most successful, because it was the story that not only kicked off the Starships at War series but also the universe in which all the Captain Jason Hunter adventures take place. There are a lot of new characters, tons of tech and plenty of action on the ground and in space. Enjoy!

What I really hate is agitated or speaking of whatever you want. This is that why just tell a freaking story? I'd rather listen to story instead of listening to You. You're yabber about trying to make more money.

You know it’s a computer voice, right? These channels take AI generated stories off of Reddit, use the text files as text for a computerized speech generator. It’s all kind of impressive! 😊

Sorry, lost me at 23 year old captain of the newest battleship. Oh, here's an "ace pilot", let's make him captain of the fleet's newest battleship. Seriously, do you how much shipboard experience, the enormous skillset required, and how many courses you need to get a ship command? Any midwit can run a squadron, but the whole ship? I'm out.

Many of these stories are AI written, someone inputs the parameters and posts the resulting story on Reddit. Channels like this and others take those stories, add graphics, and use a computer voice to narrate them. It’s all pretty impressive, and goes to show the reason for the recent writers strike. Just pointing this out as your comment is akin to screaming at a microwave.

As someone who's been "boots on the ground, neck deep in the sh!t", I wholeheartedly agree with you... Command is not something that would fall to an upstart. But that is all going off of modern standards! Noone knows what the future may bring, friend. Have you read the Enders Game series? Who's to say anyone with military service potential isn't trained from a toddler to be a "Supreme Soldier". Especially when humanity has 100 trillion people to choose from from Sol System alone? The most exciting thing about the future is that it is a complete unknown. 😁👍 (Edit) That goes double for a ship that may be in service, away from central command for decades at a time. Young crew is more responsive, and better condition than older crew. It's easy to imagine a version of VR being able to "download" experience and tactics from more experienced service members straight to the freshies! ---> Captain James T Kirk was one of the youngest starfleet officers to be given command. And he assumed command of the flagship enterprise even faster, under extenuating circumstances in the remake.

Well yes but this is fiction after all. Also the author makes that point early on when the rift between the alarmists and their opposites is laid out. It also helps make it appealing to the younger audience at which it is pitched. Light entertainment.
