Having served my country through the U.S. Army, (1988-1991, Regular Army), (1991-1996, Army Reserves), and (Regular Army again, 2003-2014), I can watch this excerpt and it can make me cry and laugh at the same time 😂🤣🤣 💯

You know Harold Ramis, the who plays Russell, wrote this because the scene where Winger makes his speech is very similar to the one in Animal House where Belushi made his. Ramis co-wrote both movies.

Its a good scene. My favorite movie is Groundhog Day. Harold Ramis directed Murray in this. They are both comic wizards. Would love to see them produce another "guy" movie again.

Was in the Army in 1980, remember green fatigues with baseball hat, we called them the pickle uniform!! Lol glad when I got to the 82nd Abn Div and was issued camo jungle fatigues, better looking!!
