Where do I begin. This was a great video. I've been in a slump lately with my clothes to the point where when I put on something, go to work, come home and put the whole outfit in the giveaway pile. I am 5'8, size 18, shorter torso long legs, apple shape with a bigger bust. I always have issues with tops. I do know that v necks work better on me because of the bust area but trying to figure out where the tops should stop on my frame. Any pant I get always roll down and I'm trying to figure out why. Elastic, button whatever the waist band rolls over. I am in a slump, but this opened my eyes. Would the outfit in video be good for short torso long legs?

Thanks for your comments. There are a lot of women who feel just like you. Your comments will also help them. With you having a short torso and long legs you'll have a little bit easier than someone with a long torso and short legs as in the video. This top could work for you depending one where the hem (horizontal line) hits you. If it's at the crotch or lower yes it can work. If it's at mid hip not so much. The reason why is because the hem (horizontal line) at mid hip will make the torso appear shorter. If the hem is at the upper thigh area then that will elongate the torso. There are many brands in stores that have a longer top which hits at the upper thigh area which will work well for your body proportions. For pants look for ones with hems at the ankle or above. Since we're going into cooler weather wear booties because that also creates a horizontal line helping your legs appear shorter. Avoid pants with center front seams and creases (vertical lines) because they will make your legs appear even longer. I hope this helps.
