I met Stuart when I was a teen, at a martial arts tournament on Long Island in the 80s. He performed an amazing weapons kata with kamas, blindfolded! He was the most memorable competitor of the tournament, in my opinion. The kata was flawless and the flips amazed the crowd and I’m pretty sure the judges as well. We spoke briefly about Taekwondo and California, where he was from. He was extremely kind to me and my dojo friends and inspired me to train harder.

I'm sure there are good aerobic benefits to these moves, I'm also sure that many people find them entertaining to train but two words that should never be placed into the same sentence is Acrobatic and Fighting, especially together and when referring to the other. Acrobatics are not for fighting and fighters should not do acrobatics, during conflicts. Of course, this is my own personal view and I'm sure some would disagree. If someone were to do some flippy, twisty acrobatic stuff in a real fight, with me, I'd hurt them extra just because. With all that said I do not desire to take away from his skills in his area.
