Welcome back to Study With Antonio!
Today, we'll go through a 4-hour study with me session, following the standard 45-15 pomodoro split.
I've been extremely busy at work these last couple of days - yet despite this, I've made it a point to be consistent with my uploads and not let you guys down.
If there's one thing I've learned about productivity and self-discipline, is that you have to show up consistently if you are to see your goals turn into reality.
As Aristotle once said,
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act, but a habit."
I'm not going to lie, there are numerous times when I just don't feel like doing things. What works for me in cases like these are;
- First, reminding myself of where I am going. My goals push me to give my best even when the sun isn't shining outside and my motivation is at an all-time low.
- Second, watching live study with me videos. This is one of the most powerful ways I know to increase self-discipline.
As I always say, live studying sessions increase accountability, and accountability increases self-discipline - which in turn elevates our level of focus and personal productivity.
I know we're all different, though, so I'd like to hear your point of view on this.
