Hi everyone,
I come back today with an Algerian recipe based on a seasonal vegetable: Dolma krombit or cabbage stuffed with ground meat, in red sauce!
Ingredients:
1 green cabbage
salt
For the sauce:
Beef or other meat (I put about 200g you can add more if you want)
1 onion
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 grated tomato
Parsley
Salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, ground coriander and turmeric (according to taste)
Some water
About 200g of chickpeas soaked the day before (or like me soaked beforehand and stored in the freezer)
For the stuffing:
350g ground beef
2 tbsp. to s. rice
2 tbsp. to s. breadcrumbs
1 onion
2 cloves of garlic
Parsley
1 egg
Salt, black pepper, cumin, paprika, ground coriander (according to taste)
