What a great number this is. I didn't know it was John Panozzo's last recording. Sad. The harmonies are unusual - more like those of Mr Mister than Styx, for some reason. Hope this was a massive hit in America. It should've been.

Thanks for this song! The lyrics are so fitting. There's this girl that I like very much, be she can't let go of her ex. I will sing this song to her when I'm declaring my feelings to her ^_^

First of all, Tommy didn't hate it. Second, Dennis didn't write this song. It was written by Glen Burtnik and Bob Burger during the Edge of the Century sessions.

Another one of Dennis' many attempts to clone "Babe". I don't blame the band for getting rid of him. They didn't want to be a showtune band.

Werner Huehn ~ Actually, I agree with you. Everything Dennis did, turns into another "rewrite" of Babe. This isn't bad, but these "pity" songs get old after a while. Dennis was my least favorite of the three singer/songwriters for this very reason. I personally don't miss him.

I’m a huge Dennis fan. He didn’t quit. He was voted out by JY and CP the two original members. Tommy didn’t have a vote on that matter. DDY sued for the band name and lost. He lost because of the 2-1 majority. I don’t agree with him losing. I think the band name should be kept sacred. Not to mention he wrote all the hits. Bring it is what it is, he was voted out and agreed to a buyout. He still gets his share of Royalties for the use of the band name. It’s actually the admirable thing to do. If the guys didn’t want to work with him, let it be.
