❤️材料 :2只鸡全腿、泰式酱半碗、1小块红萝、1小块黄瓜、半颗洋葱、1颗酸柑、1把香菜、4勺面粉、2勺薯粉
🐔腌制鸡:1颗鸡蛋 、1勺鸡精粉、1勺麻油、1勺胡椒粉1勺薯粉
做法 :
1. 鸡腿去骨切块加入腌料拌匀,腌半小时以上
2. 准备其他材料,切丝备用;调炸粉:4勺面粉&2勺薯粉
3.准备一个碗,加入泰式酱大约半碗挤上1颗酸柑,再把切好的红罗卜丝黄瓜丝洋葱丝倒入搅拌均匀备用
4.鸡肉沾上炸粉,然后放入热油中半煎炸至两面金黄色,复炸一遍,再捞起沥干油分上碟
5.把酱料,淋上即可享用😋
