generally good / useful content, just a bit of suggestion... - it's not easy to quantify coffee, so when dining out/eating in or simply being asked what they'd like to drink, people usually say: I'd like "some" coffee, or I'd like "a cup" of coffee, not I'd like "a" coffee. - apple cobbler is fine, there is no need to add a "pie", it's redundant. - to-go box... take-out box, whichever. - re: reservation, you said "sorry I offended you". there's no need to apologize or say it in a seemingly cynical tone. you can just say "I didn''t know, thanks for letting me know", or "gosh, I'm old-school & haven't caught on to the new method", etc. that'd sound more amiable, imo.
