Ingredients:ã 15 cm removable bottom pan (You can buy it at Daiso)
ïŒtart doughïŒ
85g biscuit (You can also use Oreos)
30ml whipping cream (high milk fat content type)
ïŒrare cheese cakeïŒ
200g cream cheese
50g sugar
170ml whipping cream (high milk fat content type)
powdered sugar (if you like, out of the amount)
frozen mixed berries (for decoration)
Instructions:
1. Put the biscuit in a bowl and crush it finely with the bottom of a glass.
Note: The finer you crush it, the cleaner it will be.
Note: If you can't crush it well, you can put it in a freezer bag and crush it with a rolling pin.
2. Add 30ml whipping cream and mix well.
3. Place the biscuits in a tart mold and refrigerate for 1 hour to firm up.
4. Add cream cheese that have been returned to room temperature and mix well until smooth.
Note: If there are any clumps, they will easily become lumps, so mix everything thoroughly.
5. Add sugar and mix well.
6. Whip 170ml of whipping cream with a hand mixer until it forms a soft peak.
7. Add the whipped cream to the cream cheese in 3 portions and mix well each time.
8. Pour into a biscuit-lined mold and flatten.
9. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like, and you're done. Enjoy!!
