Bienenstich..(Bee Sting,Honey Cake) Original German Cake Recipe
Materials :
For the dough:
4 eggs
200 gr. Granulated sugar
1 packet of vanilla
240 gr. Fame
1 packet of baking powder
Ingredients for the Dough Top:
100 gr. Chopped Almonds
2 Packs of Vanilla
2 Tablespoons of Honey
1 Half Tablespoon of Butter (margarine)
Ingredients for Cream:
600 gr. Cream (will be cold)
2 Packs of Dr. Oetker Vanilla Pastry Cream Powder or 2 Packs of Whipped Cream Powder (I used Paradis-Creme)
Note : We use a 26 cm Clamped Mold for the dough.
It is cooked in a preheated Oven at 165 degrees (approximately) for 30.35 minutes in a controlled manner.
