Ingredients:
<Chiffon cake dough>
2 eggs
40g (20g / 20g) sugar
20g vegetable oil
20ml milk
45g cake flour
3g baking powder
<Cream>
150ml whipping cream
15g sugar
Instructions:
1. Divide the egg into yolk and egg white, and keep the egg white in the refrigerator.
2. Add 20g of sugar to the egg yolk and mix well until it becomes whitish.
3. Add vegetable oil and mix well.
4. Add milk and vanilla extract and mix well.
5. Add the shaken cake flour and baking powder and mix until it is no longer powdery.
6. Whisk egg whites that have been chilled in the refrigerator with a hand mixer to make meringue.
7. Add 20g of sugar in 2 portions and whisk well until the cream reaches stiff peaks.
8. Add 1/3 of the meringue to the egg yolk bowl and mix.
9. Add another 1/3 of the meringue and mix to blend with the egg yolks.
10. Finally, pour the yolk dough into a bowl of egg whites and mix gently with a rubber spatula.
11. Pour the dough into a mold with a parchment paper, remove air bubbles, and then wrap it in aluminum foil.
Note: The milk carton may melt due to the heat of the oven, so wrap it tightly in aluminum foil.
12. Bake in an oven preheated to 180℃ (356℉) for 25 minutes.
Note: If it starts to burn, cover the top with aluminum foil
13. After baking, drop it from a high place several times to prevent it from shrinking.
14. Remove the parchment paper while it is warm and let it cool.
15. Make cream while cooling the chiffon cake.
16. Add fresh cream and sugar to a bowl and whisk while cooling with ice water.
17. Put the cream in the piping bag.
18. When the chiffon cake has cooled, make a hole with chopstick and pour the cream.
Note: Carefully pour through the holes on both sides, holding the area around with your hands so that the chiffon cake does not tear and the cream does not leak.
19. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if you like and you're done.
