what about tobu kimchi with makgeolli if possible^^
Korean food isn't the most approachable cuisine, but once you pass the "acquired taste zone", it is seriously addictive. It's a one of a kind and there's nothing quite like it.

Agree! That's exactly what my wife said when we were dating many years back. Now, she's in love with Korean food except some food like (silkworm, sundae, etc)..

Why you should eat ssam in one bite. 1. There is no spillage of food. (When food flows, you can't concentrate on the food you put in your mouth, and you can't really taste the taste because you're concerned about the flow of food.) 2. Each suitable ingredient has a harmonious taste when it enters the mouth at once. 3. You can feel enough satisfaction when the ssam fills your mouth. (This may be unfamiliar to Westerners. I heard that Western culture feels a bit rude to put in a lot of food at once, but because wrap is Korean food) Koreans attach great importance to eating delicious food. It's a love for someone you share time with, and a tradition that comes from wishing everyone happiness. : )
