As a guy who recently stumbled upon the power of inverting for the first time lasso guard inversion to omoplata and who always just loved the omoplata and baby arm. This literally fits into my game like the puzzle piece I lost right before finishing the puzzle. I end up in the baby arm and knee on belly constantly and utilize a knee staple heavily when in side control, slipping the staple to an attacking position will have a very interesting effect on my training partners for the next few months thank you professor!

Great stuff, as usual! Love how you slow it down, and make your content understandable. Will save the video for future use.

As always, awesome stuff. Going to join the patron group after the holidays. Even with almost 20 years of experience in jiujitsu, I sincerely enjoy your technique breakdowns! I hope to stop by your academy the next time I'm in your area. 🤙🏼

Love your videos man! I'm in an mma club in Ireland and have been putting all your moves into practise with great success and feel like im learning so quick between you and my own coach! I roll with my friend and start and stop your videos hundreds of times sometimes I feel like I get more coaching from you than my in person coach haha! Keep up the good work and looking forward to more valuable content!

great, but that isn't really reverse KoB, since...there's no knee on the belly. I thought this would be the position where you actually *mirror* KoB position (switch knee, base out with the other leg). I've had people love to do that to me everytime i try to escape KoB.

Yeah, it’s not exactly. But these are some options that work from establishing reverse knee on belly too. It was just easier to call the video that instead of “some stuff to do if the guy on bottom pushes a certain way to escape your knee on belly.” 🤣

Definitely in some ways. Some parts of it in the gi give you more control and slow things down though and offer a few more sub options.
