Hello. Before the summer heat became too unbearable, I went on a short vacation.
Before leaving home, I tried to use up the ingredients left in the fridge in various ways.

Béchamel sauce:
30g butter
30g flour
250ml milk
1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard (skip if unavailable)
Salt, pepper, nutmeg, bay leaf
Fresh mozzarella
Shredded cheese
Parmesan cheese
Lasagna noodles
Ragu sauce
Chocolate Roll Cake (for a 3929 half-sheet pan)
I used a 3030 (size 6 square pan) and used 75% of the ingredients for the chocolate sheet, but the same amount of cream, rolled as a Dojima roll.

25g sugar
25g vegetable oil (sunflower oil)
35g milk
60g cake flour
20g cocoa powder
40g hot water
135g egg whites (about 4 eggs) + 88g sugar
